We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team and deliver the exceptional dining experiences we’re known for.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Contribute to menu development, introducing innovative ideas aligned with the restaurant’s vision.
- Oversee inventory, manage food costs, and maintain efficient kitchen workflows.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen.
- Step in to manage kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale, high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for culinary innovation and dedication to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment.
