Job Description:
As a PM Line Cook , you'll prepare menu items with consistency, maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, and work collaboratively to create exceptional dining experiences. Our menu celebrates French Riviera cuisine, and we value both adaptability and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items following established recipes and plating standards
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station before and after service
- Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, sous chef, and management
- Maintain strict food safety standards and cleanliness
- Support our teaching-focused environment by helping develop others' skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience
- Culinary school preferred but not mandatory
- Coachable, team-oriented, and adaptable
- Available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Valid food handler's certification (or ability to obtain one upon hire)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly: Minimum wage plus tips
- Two consecutive days off weekly
