We are seeking a Pasta Cook at our wonderful Northern Kentucky farm-tot-table restaurant which centers around seasonal produce, handmade pasta, and a 100% in-house bread program. We were fortunate to earn two national awards our first year, and now we continue to improve and grow our concept of what a seasonal restaurant can be. We are trying to win a James Beard award in the next two years - if that sounds good to you, we want to meet you.
The ideal candidate should have a working understanding of saute cookery - including mounting butter sauces, emulsions and other such things. Hustle, cleanliness, good verbal communication, humility, and a strong desire to learn are key attributes that we value. Also, not being an asshole is key.
