Job Title: Kronos Project Manager Location: Dublin, CA Job Description As a project manager , you will play a vital role in planning,executing,and over seeing projects to ensure they are completed successfully and on time. You will be responsible for leading project teams, setting objectives, and managing resources to achieve project goals. This role involve working closely with cross functional teams and stsakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
Qualifications - 8-12 years of experience in kronos wfc and wfd implementing, and managing Workforce Management systems for customers across different industries
- Must have experience in Implementing and Supporting Kronos WFC ( WorkForce Central) And WFD (Workforce Dimensions) application across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance,Forecasting,Dell Boomi and Accruals.
- Expertise in configuring Pay policies, Functional features, Mobile Enablement, Setup Profiles, Clock management and application Administration
- At least should have hands on with five end to end Kronos Cloud implementation experience for WFC and WFD product.
- Knowledge and experience in Interface development with HR & Payroll systems using WIM / Dell Boomi, building Reports and Analytics Views
- WFC to WFD Migration experience (must)
- Should be able to work with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements, able to design, troubleshoot issues with WFD
- Certification in Kronos Workforce Dimensions is highly desirable. Dell Boomi certification is an added advantage.
- Additional experience with any other Workforce Management (WFM) products is an added advantage.
- A comprehensive understanding of business practices within relevant industries
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- A willingness to travel upto 30-40%
- Project planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines,resources, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivateproject teams, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and facilitating effective collaboration.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address Project issues and changes promptly,adpting plans as needed to achieve project goals.
- Developing solutions to deliver customer facing demonstrations and presentations focused on the key Kronos and customer value messaging.
- End-to-end business process and business practices including process and solution mapping.
- Knowledge of Kronos WFD products and processes, with a focus on the WFD processes related to your areas of industry expertise.
