The GIS Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our GIS projects and systems that are connected to the EAM team’s asset management system. Giving guidance to the projects, working with business stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide spatial solutions that support the team’s organization's goals.nnCompensation:nnSalary Range: $83,309 - $123,620 (Grade E)nnResponsibilities:nnElevate and share in GIS goals and accomplishments.nnLead and manage the GIS team.nnManage processes for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.nnPlan, design, and execute GIS projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.nnIn coordination with IT, develop and maintain GIS databases, applications, and tools to support various Subways division.nnAnalyze spatial data and generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes.nnCollaborate with internal teams to identify GIS needs and provide technical guidance.nnStay current with GIS trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.nnManage and maintain relationships with external data providers and vendors.nnEnsure data integrity, security, and quality control for all GIS-related processes.nnEducation and Experience:nnA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business administration, finance, computer science, marketing, engineering or related field, with six (6) years of progressively responsible experience of which three (3) years must have been in a managerial/supervisory capacity -OR-nnA satisfactory combination of education and experience.nnDesired Skills:nnProficiency in GIS software (Esri.
