May also lead and develop new client relationships and pursuits.nnRepresents organization, with internal and external personnel, on significant matters.nnUtilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.nnPeriodic travel to construction sites should be anticipated.nnInteracts with all levels of management internally and with external personnel and clients.nnWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:nnSelf- motivated team player with a positive attitudennBachelor’s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited schoolnnNCIDQ certified.nn15 years’ minimum experience in a commercial environmentnnGovernment design experience a plusnnStrong organizational and communication skillsnnExperience in construction documents, CSI, and FF&E specifications.nnUnderstanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and LEED sustainabilitynnProficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Microsoft Office SuitennTop Secret Security ClearancennWorking Environment & ConditionsnnThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
