Chiller Technician

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, start-up, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Chillers and other HVAC/mechanical equipment.
Travel to one or multiple commercial buildings each day, including retailers, hospitals, schools, airports, high rises, hotels, among others.
Train and mentor junior-level technicians and help them grow within the company.
Requirements
EPA, local, and stable work history.
8+ years of commercial Chiller/HVAC service, diagnoses, repair, start-up, and commissioning experience.
Chiller Mechanic services maintain and break down all aspects and multiple types of chillers, including air, water, absorption, screw, centrifugal chillers, fans, filters, expansion valves, condensers, and compressors, heat exchangers, evaporators, among other components.
Large tonnage air, water, centrifugal, and screw experience.
Compressor, chilled water, pumps, cooling tower, chiller plants, VFD, and refrigerant recovery experience.
