Job Description
The responsibilities for the Construction Superintendent - Portsmouth, NH

• Project Leadership : Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Subcontractor Oversight : Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work to meet quality standards.
• Scheduling : Create and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Communication : Regularly communicate with the project manager to report on progress, challenges, and project updates.
• Quality Control : Ensure the highest level of construction quality and safety standards are maintained on site.
• Field Management : Be hands-on in managing and resolving issues that arise in the field, providing leadership to the team.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Construction Superintendent - Portsmouth, NH has the following skillset

• Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on life science, healthcare, or higher education projects between $5M and $50M.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency with Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
• Leadership : Ability to run work independently and effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
• Location Requirements : Ability to commute to the Marlborough, MA office and project sites in Portsmouth, NH and surrounding areas.
• Travel : Must be on-site at the project location (no hybrid or remote options available).
