Location: Rockville, MD - Hybrid / Remote but occasional visit is required.

Job Description:
• Previous ServiceNow implemetation experience is required. ITSM, ITAM and Integration experience is essential. Especial ITAM, as they are going to do a full implementation of ITAM.
• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 10 + years of overall experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration.
• Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
• Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
