Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the firewalls/client/server/routers/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides help desk services for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages Windows, LINUX and UNIX operating systems. Installs/loads operating system soft ware. Trouble shoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancement to improve reliability and performance.nnResponsibilities:nn-Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.nn-Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems, imaging and backup.nn-Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers and escalated tickets.nn-Build, configure and manage Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components, along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
