The CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.nnQualificationsnnEducation and Work ExperiencennOne year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.nnKnowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.nnExtensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.nnGraduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.nnCertified Radiologic Technologist by the State (CRT) Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH.nnARRT Certification required.nnVenipuncture license required.nnMust maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain.nnARRT Certification in CT preferred or within 3 months of employment.nnLa Palma Intercommunity Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $54.00.
