Interventional Radiology Technologist Key Responsibilities: - Assist physicians in performing interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, biopsies, and drainages.
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- California state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Previous experience in interventional radiology preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
