Schedule Details : 8hr Day shift, 8-4:30 & 8:30-5
Weekend Rotation: no weekends unless on call
On-call Requirements: On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back time
Holidays Requirements: N/A
Floating Requirements: Plainfield and Naperville
Experience Required: 2 plus years, Must have Neuro experience
License Required: IL License IEMA license
Certificates Required: BLS, ARRT
