We unite to improve lives through innovation, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to achieving unparalleled excellence in patient care.nnDescriptionnnDAY SHIFT: 7 AM-5:30 PM / 40 HOURS / FULL-TIMEnnLOCATION: EMORY UNIVERSITY HOSPITALnnProvides quality care to patients receiving diagnostic, neuro-interventional and vascular interventional radiology procedures.nnOperates interventional radiologic and specialty equipment to produce high quality radiographs (x-rays) for diagnostic and invasive procedures in the interventional and neuro-interventional suite and operating room.nnDemonstrates knowledge of stroke procedures, the medical devices necessary to complete more complex cases, policies and documentation to satisfy state and TJC guidelines.nnCommunicates patients' needs and response through appropriate verbal and written communications.nnEnsures documentation is complete and accurate related to technologist workflow.nnProvides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.nnAssists with performing multiple diagnostic and interventional procedures in appropriate sequence and time frame.nnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:nnGraduate of an accredited school of radiology with ARRT certification.nnMust have a minimum of two (2) years experience with one (1) year in Interventional Radiology.nnMust demonstrate proficiency in neuro-interventional suite within 6 months of employment.nnAdvanced certification in Vascular Interventional (VI) Radiography preferred.nnJOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
