Trillium has an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant in Columbus!
This temporary-to-permanent position seeks a candidate with a background as an Accounting Assistant or Bookkeeper within a corporate environment. The Accounting Assistant will directly report to the Controller and be tasked with supporting the firm’s various daily accounting functions. Key responsibilities will encompass reviewing invoices, managing payment processing and payroll, handling billing, making billing adjustments, and issuing refunds as necessary. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as required. 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. $30.00 to $35.00 per hour DOE.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding aptitude for spreadsheets and financial reports
- Word processing skills and accurate data entry
- Adept at analyzing financials and accurately transferring data
- Using 10-key by touch is a must for the position
EXPERIENCE:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills and fluent in Microsoft Suite
- Competent in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Experience using LCP Tracker and Elations preferred but not required
