• Plumbing and Pipe skills
• Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in project estimation and management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in plumbing or related field
