You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact and join our mission of building experiences that help people live better lives.nnBasic QualificationsnnHave an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devicesnn7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experiencennPreferred QualificationsnnFluent in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniquesnnExperience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designsnnHave strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture, and designnnAble to move quickly in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environmentnnNaturally curious and find inspiration beyond the screen; through the people you talk to, analogous experiences, and beyondnnHave experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexitynnHave experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and executing independentlynnConfidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data (including qualitative data) to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of changennSolid written, verbal, and presentation skillsnnFluent in using Figma and prototyping toolsnnAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
