In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our internal web applications. You will also be tasked with conducting UX research to inform and validate your design decisions. This is a critical role that requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.nnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nnDesign and Prototyping: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.nUX Research: Plan and conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
