Job Summary:
Creative Colors International - Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Entry-Level Upholstery Restoration Service Technician. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Franchise industry located in Menominee Falls, Wisconsin. This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting base salary of $600 per week plus commission.

Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to perform upholstery restoration services
- Follow company standards and procedures to provide high-quality service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Utilize tools and equipment properly and safely
- Manage inventory and orders for necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and completed tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in upholstery restoration or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Willingness to work weekends and/or evenings as needed
