Position OverviewnnInternational is currently seeking an Sr. UX Designer to take our business to the next level.nnAs a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for commercial vehicle service applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that meet the unique needs of our users in the commercial vehicle service sector.nnThis hybrid position will support our Digital Solutions department within Service Solutions and be based out of our World Headquarters in Lisle, Illinois, a suburb outside of Chicago.nnResponsibilitiesnnLead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.nnCollaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.nnSupport UX Research initiatives as required.nnDevelop user stories, personas, and storyboards.nnDevelop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development.nnValidate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods.nnTrack UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries.nnMinimum RequirementsnnBachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experiencennAt least 1 year of lead experiencennORnnMaster’s degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experiencennAt least 1 year of lead experiencennORnnAt least 8 years of digital product design experiencennAt least 1 year of lead experiencennAdditional RequirementsnnQualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
