Join the V Team Life.nnThe Senior Designer will play a key role on Verizon's 3D Retail store design and visual merchandising team. You will be working to bring Verizon's current fleet of retail stores to life, while looking forward to new opportunities for growth. Strong knowledge and experience of retail architecture and design is critical to this role.nnWhat you'll be doing:nnWorking in conjunction with design directors, project managers, global marketing teams, graphic design teams, and industrial design teams working on Retail Design Concepts.nnHelping lead conversations and strategy on Retail Store Design with internal and external partners.nnDeveloping designs and translating them into guidelines and new store designs for site specific locations.nnStrategizing with Creative Director, Design Director, and external design firms to develop presentations for Chief Executive-level conversations.nnProviding design direction to teams on the creation of materials for presentations.nnSupporting concept development and execution on multiple projects.nnYou'll need to have:nnBachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.nnFour or more years of relevant work experience.nnExperience in 3D Modeling Software, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CSnnExperience in Retail Design.nnEven better if you have one or more of the following:nnBachelor's degree in a 3D discipline.nnEight or more years of relevant work experience in retail design.nnInterior design or architecture background, with six or more years of retail design or hospitality experience.nnExperience in fixture design, knowledge of visual merchandising, and customer experience strategies.nnA passion for retail design and experience within 3D design.nnExperience in Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Reality.nnThe ability to clearly convey information and ideas through various methods.nnThe ability to prepare various levels of presentations (3D sketch to photo realistic renderings).nnThe ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in work tasks or the work environment, structures, processes, requirements, or culture.nnAre well versed in the telecommunications retail product category in the market place and have knowledge and awareness of the competitive landscape.nnWhere you'll be workingnIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.nnScheduled Weekly Hours 40nnEqual Employment OpportunitynnWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
