You will be responsible for planning, generating design concepts, preparing construction documents, and working with manufacturers and vendors to select products and put together furniture packages.nnResponsibilitiesnnMeet with clients and project team members to understand project needs.nnCreate 3D renderings and client presentations.nnProvide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts, preparing design presentations, and completing construction documents and specifications.nnWork with manufacturers and product vendors on selections and new products.nnAssist with sample ordering and putting furniture packages together.nnManage the interior materials library.nnEssential SkillsnnProficiency in Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite.nnExperience in healthcare design and living projects.nnExpertise in architectural design, construction documentation, design development, space planning, rendering, and conceptual design.nnStrong client-facing experience.nnBachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent.nn5 or more years of experience at a traditional architecture firm.nnPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00nnEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
