Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Near Skokie, IL
LHH Solutions is a leading HR Solutions firm based in Chicago, Illinois and currently seeking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude. The close-knit team values collaboration, integrity, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation: - Pay range: $24 - $27 per hour.
