Come join our team! Our FSED is a well-established location with well-kept Client equipment. All of the Radiology Techs keep our area clean and well-maintained; expect clear and easy hand-offs. Most of the patients are ambulatory so there's usually not much lifting due to most critical patients being sent to our Main location. We have good ED staff and providers to work with. You will have 24-hour phone access to the Imaging Manager and PACS Administrator to assist with any issues; both live in town and are usually available to go on-site if needed.
In your off time, there are plenty of things to do in the local area. Several social media sites list local events. Las Cruces has a nicely refurbished downtown area with several restaurants (indoor & outdoor seating), 80's style arcade and bar(RADS), an art museum, 2 theaters that present movies or live shows, a bookstore, and a coffee/pizza cafe (Grounded) that has indoor seating as well as a beautiful outdoor patio with fountain. In the area we have 10 local wineries and 20 local microbreweries that have their own events which include dates of live music, Billards & Darts (The Game), Whitesands National Park(41 mi), Riverbend Hotsprings (76 mi), Elephant Butte Lake (80 mi) (Boating, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Kayaking), Ruidoso (119 mi) (Inn of the Mountain Gods Hotel/Casino/Bowling alley/Golf course/Zip lining/Concerts, cabins, local cuisine, boating, fishing, horseback riding, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack & Casino, and other location activities and exploration), Carldbad Caverns National Park (129 mi), and El Paso, TX (35-45 mi)(2 large malls, minor league baseball, minor hockey league, comedy club, Casino/Horse Racetrack, Concerts, and lots of different restaurants).
