We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Pewaukee, WI. This position will play an important role in daily cash activities and report to the Controller of a successful manufacturer. If you have at least two years of B2B Collections experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Cash Applications
  
• Follow up on outstanding invoices
  
• Research and resolution with customers
  
• Complete aging reports
  
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and bill customers
  

Requirements:

• Two or more years of consultative collections experience (B2B)
  
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree desired
  
• Detail oriented with professional communication skills
  
• Comfortable working in multiple accounting softwares
