Painter
Sportsfield Specialties is seeking a hands-on Painter who can work independently and/or with others as a production team member with good analytical skills. Candidate must be reliable and flexible with schedule during summer months.

nnResponsibilities/Duties include but not limited to:
nnMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with the required procedures, rules, and regulations; Maintain and operate powder coat equipment and spray booth as needed; Sand, polish, wash, dry, and apply powder coat to products specifications; Operate ovens and measure/monitor temperatures per product specifications; Maintain proper respirator care/operation; Weigh paint for accurate costing; Become efficient with painting techniques to meet quality and efficiency needs; Perform other related duties as assigned.

nnRequired Qualifications:
nnSkills/Experience/Education: High attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, manage your time and be self-motivated; Ability to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner in a deadline-driven environment; Ability to use and operate power tools, ladders, and warehouse equipment safely; High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience with powder paint preferred but not required.
