Position Overview:
As a Radiologic Technologist , you'll play a key role in diagnosing and treating patients using advanced imaging technologies. Your expertise will help ensure accurate and timely diagnoses, contributing to better patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging techniques.
  • Ensure patient safety by following radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment with attention to image quality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and ensuring comfort during procedures.
  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnostic imaging results.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and quality control standards to deliver the highest level of care.
What You'll Need:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
  • Certification: Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • State License: Must have or obtain state licensure within 90 days of hire (Indiana State Department of Health X-Ray Machine Operator License).
  • BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required; new graduates welcome to apply.
