This work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of on-site assets such as solar panels, trackers, and power inverters.nnRequirements:nnTakes direction from senior site personnel.nnSets positive example for junior technicians.nnTroubleshoots low voltage DC power systems.nnTroubleshoots low voltage and medium voltage AC power systems.nnConducts preventative maintenance on AC and DC power systems.nnUses hand tools effectively and appropriately.nnUtilizes a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).nnMaintains inventory of spare parts and consumables.nnFollows site safety plan and safe work practices.nnAdheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures.nnInterfaces with project stakeholders (owners, equipment manufacturers, etc.).nnInterfaces with project subcontractors.nnRepresents RES in professional manner to project stakeholders.nnOperates RES company vehicles, including trucks, in accordance with state and federal laws and RES policies.nnAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.nnComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.nnPresets, supports, and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.nnSafety:nnFollows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
