Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Superintendent to oversee and manage our commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be experienced in coordinating field operations, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and workforce management.
• Ensure that projects are built according to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Maintain construction schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and avoid delays.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure that they adhere to the project timeline and quality expectations.
• Enforce company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Resolve any field-related issues and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of managing commercial projects from ground-breaking to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions on-site.
