This Operator will use multi-head embroidery machines, each having individual procedures that must be followed. Additionally, this position requires the individual to follow direction to ensure product meets customer expectations, maintain acceptable quality and productivity, while keeping a clean and safe work area, be reliable, work well with others and work well in a fast-paced environment.nnESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSnnThe Embroidery Machine Operator plays a vital role in the ongoing production functions of the Company. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position includennProduces accurate quality decorated garments using a Multi-Head Embroidery MachinennFollows the direction on production specification sheet and/or art sheet provided for each customer ordernnMaintains a clean organized work areannFunctions well as part of a team with the entire production departmentnnAssists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of productsnnQUALIFICATIONSnnThe Embroidery Machine Operator should have a number of professional skills and abilities:nnA high school diploma or GEDnnA minimum of two years of experience with embroidery machines or related experiencennAn equivalent combination of education and experiencennKnowledge of machines used throughout the production processnnBe detail-oriented in nature and apply this to all produced productnnThe ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stressnnSound organizational, records management, time management skills, and attention to detailnnCOMPENSATIONnn$17-19/hournnWORKING CONDITIONSnnLocation: On-SitennThe Embroidery Machine Operator is primarily in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to varying weather and temperature conditions.
