Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Manager, Assistant Manager and the assigned Department Supervisor, performs and interprets routine and complex laboratory examinations in a high complexity (CLIA) environment. Assesses and verifies the validity of these results before releasing them to the providers. Assist in the development and writing new procedures and techniques. Perform related duties incidental to the work described herein. Gives direction to: Phlebotomists. Receives direction from: Laboratory Manager, Assistant Laboratory Manager, Department Supervisors.
- Permanent, Full-time, Days
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a science discipline including documented training (6-12 months). The completion of a military (U.S. Armed Forces) medical laboratory training program of at least 12 months duration
- MLT(ASCP) or other nationally recognized registry. Current Montana State Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) Certification.
