Position - Scrum Master
Location - Charlotte NC
• Running the sprint ceremonies and guiding the team members during the sprint ceremonies to make sure the objectives of the ceremonies are achieved
• Identify opportunities for resistance and coach/navigate the team members accordingly
• Help with removing impediments that the team is facing
• Coach and lead the team by exercising best practices that: Agile methodology and our Agile CoE prescribes
• Collect and report Agile metrics on a monthly basis
• Contribute to running Agile Community of Practices along with our Enterprise Agile Coaches
