The team is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to provide customer support, testing, and field repair for LED gas price signs, dynamic message signs, and traffic control systems. This role requires a professional, customer-focused approach in a technical, customer-facing field position.

Availability to travel up to 75% to customer sites within the surrounding states

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Travel to customer locations to install, test, and troubleshoot dynamic message sign systems on highways, roads, and gas stations.
• Complete assigned project work orders on time.
• Prepare trip reports, test results, feedback for engineering, and other written updates.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with customers and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in basic electronics
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics preferred
• Experience in the use of multimeters measuring AC and DC voltage
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Basic networking and Linux/Unix command line experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform in outside elements
• Comfortable and able to work from a bucket truck at heights up to 100 feet
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
