Commercial Service Carpenter - Field Technician
New England Area
We are currently looking for experienced carpenters or general maintenance technicians to join a construction management company based in Mont Vernon, NH. Projects will be throughout the New England Area. This is a direct-hire position with full benefits. Candidates located in NH or central/northern MA are encouraged to apply!
Must have experience performing the following:
- Floor repairs- VCT, LVT, Quarry tile, Ceramic Tile, etc
- Drywall and finish work
- FRP
- Painting
- Minor carpentry
- Door and hardware installs
- Bathroom remodel work
- Minor concrete repairs
Desired Qualification: - Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- 8+ years in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Ability to travel to supports assignments
- Great communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to submit daily reports
- Experience working on supermarket projects is preferred
