Senior Technology Support Specialist

Description
Provides all levels of technology support to school division organizations and assists with the management of day-to-day operations of the Technology Support Service Center (TSSC), including the call center, all technology systems, special projects, and personnel.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in call center operations, computer technology, and applications, two (2) years of which shall have been in a supervisory or administrative role.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Possession of appropriate, valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record and employer-provided transportation required.
- Knowledge of standard microcomputer and network operating systems, protocols, and software with advanced proficiency in using standard and ad-hoc applications.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, instructional technology requirements.
- Ability to determine priorities, allocate resources, manage projects, measure and analyze results and supervise personnel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

$88,019 - $149,779
