Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs.
- Assist and mentor team members in diagnostics to enhance their learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to assess service demands.
- Collaborate in weekly meetings with market management to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Safeguard company equipment and vehicles.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in servicing and diagnosing automotive systems.
- Proficient technological skills, including experience with Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Strong knowledge in ADAS, electrical services, calibrations, programming, and diagnostics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to maintain productivity and urgency in a shop environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude towards the ATE brand.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and power probes.
- Capability to read vehicle wiring schematics and service information.
- Experience in programming vehicles using various software.
- Ability to conduct all levels of calibrations (Static & Dynamic) and diagnose all customer vehicle concerns.
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
