They design solutions for complex projects in a collaborative team environment. They mentor less experienced engineers and make recommendations for future development options. This person is an advocate for making improvements and working with the team to accomplish goals.nnJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:nnResearches, designs, implements, and manages software applications based on user requirements.nnWrite automated tests for various levels (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure code quality and reliability.nnMaintains and develops existing applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.nnWorks within an Agile environment, respond to change quickly, including re-focusing development efforts and adapting to evolving requirements.nnIs positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.nnContinues to update technical knowledge and skills.nnProvides guidance to other engineers.nnCoaches and mentors other team members.nnIs an influencer.nnEDUCATION:nnBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.nnEXPERIENCE:nn7+years of related experience.nnRequired proficiency in: C# .NET, Visual Studio, Angular, MongoDBnnCOMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:nnStrong technical competency.nnAbility to communicate with clients, colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.nnLogical, analytical and creative approach to solving problems.nnAbility to work both in a team and independently.nnAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.nnGood time management skills to plan and organize own work.nnDemonstrated respect, collaboration, and pride in ownership.nnAbility to adapt to change.nnFocus on continuous improvement and delivering value.nnStrong knowledge of some/most of the following technologies considered a plus:nnPlaywrightnnGitnnAzure DevOpsnnSalary Range: $110,000-$120,000nnOur benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
