LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist for the corporate office located in Concord, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience with a solid portion of the job focused on collections and client management. The role will be responsible for performing daily outbound calls, attending to inbound calls, reconciliation of customer accounts, produce daily AR aging reports, daily research and investigation, generate customer statements, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications for the job include:
- Strong Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting
- Software experience with SAGE would be a plus
- Team player, able to work independently, patient and friendly
- Reliable, dedicated, and goal and result oriented
- Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized
- Strong customer service and communications both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections (Accounts Receivable Clerk, Collection Specialist, Credit and Collections)
