Job DescriptionnnYou will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, metal, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand and power tools. Your work will include interiors and exteriors of commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings.nnResponsibilitiesnnConstruct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, metal, plywood, and wallboard.nnUtilize carpenter's hand and power tools for various tasks.nnPerform demolition, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, siding, casework/cabinetry installation, doors and hardware, and interior finishing details.nnAdhere to building codes and standard methods, materials, practices, principles, tools, and equipment used in the carpentry trade.nnRead and understand technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.nnInstall materials, equipment, and products to meet specifications.nnInspect products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.nnPlan ahead and organize job site materials and activities.nnManage resources and time efficiently to control costs.nnPromote safety by adhering to relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies on the job site.nnPay Ranges:nnEntry level - $20-$22nn1-3 years of exp. - $22 to $26nn4-10 years of exp. - $27 to $35nnPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00nnEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
