Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Plumbing Estimation for projects over $5-10M
• Experience in a variety of project types to including Commercial and Industrial projects
• Estimating the cost of Plumbing projects, preparing cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals
• Provide estimates for projects with a range of complexity
• Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing field
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other internal departments to ensure each project is delivered as promised
• Understand energy codes and specifications that may affect each project
• Maintain records of all completed estimates in an organized manner
