Join Pilgrim's, the world’s second largest chicken producer, known for our commitment to quality and safety. We process, prepare, and package poultry products for over 100 countries. Our headquarters is in beautiful Greeley, Colorado, and we operate in various locations, including Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Licensed or Journeyman Electrician to join our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues throughout the facility.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
3. Support the implementation of new control systems.
4. Research innovative electrical processes and controls.
5. Monitor recurring electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
6. Identify vulnerabilities in electrical equipment and propose improvements.
7. Train operators and maintenance staff in equipment operation and troubleshooting.
8. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient production operations and complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

4. Continuously recognize and address safety risks and promote safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Industrial Electrician or Journeyman's Electrician with significant experience in industrial settings and ability to read schematics.
• Additional electrical certifications from technical colleges or manufacturing organizations are an advantage.
• Preferred 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
