General Job Description We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring our AI-powered products are delivered with reliability, scalability, and security. This is a core role to help our company scale and support its fast-moving customer acquisition. Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Automate and monitor cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability of services.
• Have innovative ideas in deploying a GenAI agents in production, ensuring minimal downtime and latency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Maintain and enhance security protocols, including vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Be comfortable with serverless architectures and maintaining them at scale.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize cost and resource utilization for cloud-based deployments.
• Document processes, configurations, and system architecture to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of AI applications.

Job Requirements
You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with serverless as well as containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).

You will be an exceptional fit if you have:

• Experience working in an AI or ML-focused organization.
• Understanding of GenAI/ML workflows and their infrastructure requirements.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
