Onsite-Debt Collector
needed for a contract
opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ .
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Debt Collector, preferably from the banking industry but open to others.
- Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr ($0.50 raise after 90 days; $0.50 raise at 180 days)
- Open to one of two shifts
- 7-3:30 or 8-4:30 Mon - Thurs, off Friday, then 8-4:30 on Saturday.
- 12:30-9 PM Mon-Thurs, then work 8-4:30 on Friday, no Saturdays.
What You'll Be Doing: - The Member Debt Representative is responsible for handling delinquencies of member payments up to 1-200 days.
- Negotiating payment arrangements to minimize loss to the organization.
- Completes required account verification, account maintenance, and documents all contact and collection attempts.
What You Need to Bring to the Table: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Debt Collector, preferably from the banking industry but open to others.
- Must be sharp and able to handle tough conversations and come up with solutions such as payment plans.
