Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, creating program materials, executing treatment procedures, fostering transparent communication with supervisors, accurately collecting and managing data, and engaging in continuous training and assessments. Additionally, you will support parent training and clinical evaluations, promoting ethical conduct and compliance with Kids First’s policies.nnResponsibilitiesnnWork 1:1 with clients in the home-based and clinic-based setting.nnConsistently follow and implement treatment plans set up by the BCBA Supervisor and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.nnMaintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor to review program goals and procedures for each client.nnCollect and maintain accurate data and notes utilizing data collection software.nnReview and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.nnParticipate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required by Kids First.nnAssist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.nnCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed.nnTrack supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the regulatory body to maintain the certification.nnWork ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code.nnUnderstand and adhere to HIPAA policies as well as Kids First’s policies and procedures.nnAdhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient care. Reliable transportation and timely arrival to session is a requirement for this role.nnPerform other duties as assigned.nnComplete the assigned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training. If additional time is needed to complete the training, the paraprofessional should speak with management.nnQualificationsnnHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentnnRegistered Behavior Technician ; Or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of start date - RequirednnTechnical Proficiencies : Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), Adobe PDF, Google Suite, data collection and analytical reporting - Requirednn3-4 years of experience conducting 1:1 work with clients In-school/in-home experience addressing and navigating challenging behaviors - Requirednn3-4 years of experience working with children/adults (between ages 3-18) - Requirednn3-4 years of experience in Case management and behavioral plans - Requirednn3-4 years of knowledge of direct, professional ABA experience - RequirednnCentralReach ABA Software experience - A plus!nnObtain knowledge of addressing challenging behaviors or stereotypes of children/adults with Autism - RequirednnPhysical Requirement: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force, and lifting as needed, including but not limited to climbing up flights of stairs, and other tasks as needed.nnExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and other professionals when necessary.
