Job title : Sr. Windows Engineer

Duration-6-9 months

Location- Bellevue, WA; will be onsite 3-4 days week

US Citizen / GC / GC-EAD

Top 3 to 5 technologies required:

• Windows Server builds, VMware Hydration/migration knowledge, MSFT AD, RDS, DFS but not limited to these.
• This resource will be lead engineer moving servers/vm’s from one environment to another. But most of the migrations are going to be complete server/vm rebuilds and application re-installation/working with application teams to get servers back online inside a shiny new VM/Modern OS.

Top 3 to 5 daily responsibilities :

• Identify and document existing virtual machines
• Determine which virtual machines can be built new and which must be migrated
• Partner with IT Infrastructure on migration strategies, including system reconfiguration such as re-IP existing VMs
• Test migrated virtual machines to ensure full functionality and performance.
