The Manager, Enterprise Solutions will lead a team of highly-collaborative and results-oriented staff, tasked with delivering global, high value enterprise applications across the company. The Manager, Enterprise Solutions has the skills, experience, drive, and passion to ensure that Company has the appropriate applications to achieve or exceed corporate objectives; to ensure business alignment and anticipate the needs of the business. The role will be responsible for championing best practices and governance of enterprise applications.

- Defines and executes on the tactical and strategic roadmap for Enterprise Applications; ensuring that delivery is feasible, timely, cost-effective, secure, compliant, and of maximum quality.
- Leads a team of business/enterprise application professionals and ensures that strategic and tactical decisions for business tools and applications are effectively carried out.
- Serves as the ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME); guarantees the successful delivery of ERP application related projects within the defined timelines.
- Stays abreast of new and evolving market trends, best practices, and industry specific information. Research, monitors, and analyzes trends related to enterprise applications specific to the industry, and beyond.
- Provides thought leadership, insights, and recommendations for optimizing enterprise applications and streamlining processes.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has full responsibility over the employees assigned to the department. The role will be responsible for:
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
Overseeing the daily workflow of the department.
Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Providing guidance to ERP related matters.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. At times, employee might be exposed to manufacturing environment, including forklift traffic, fumes, noise, and operating manufacturing equipment.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. To meet our customer demands and internal objectives, at times this role will be required to work outside of the normal schedule, including weekends.
Travel:
Travel is expected for this function. As the role has global responsibility, travel is expected to be overnight, national and international. Expected travel of 10%.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience and/or education.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically disbursed and matrix organization.
Demonstrated experience as it relates to ERP implementation and management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Significant experience with a tier 1 ERP system.
