They aim to make powerful tools available to companies of all sizes. They are looking for an IT Manager who will oversee our client’s technology infrastructure and lead their IT team in delivering effective, secure, and scalable technology solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

IT Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze business problems and formulate IT solutions and project plans that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee information flow and capture knowledge across the organization to ensure accessible knowledge sharing.
• Maintain hybrid network infrastructure, including both physical and virtual environments, ensuring consistent performance and availability.
• Manage and administer our Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring it aligns with company standards and goals.

IT Manager’s Qualifications and Skills

• Microsoft certification in Windows Server administration or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• Proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Switches, Routers, firewalls, VPN, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server hardware, with experience in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle as a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
