Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor the performance of service, parts, rental, and shop operations.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, and areas for improvement.
• Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management, cycle times, and deal success rates.
• Develop predictive models using data science tools to uncover actionable insights.
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in sales, finance, and operations.
• Enhance pricing strategies and refine processes to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bring 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, operational strategy, or financial analysis.
