We seek an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

This is a 6 month contract with extensions, hybrid, 1-2 days in office in Boston, MA.

No Vendors or Corp to Corp

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential candidates.
• Write job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
• Attend networking events to build candidate pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Machine Learning, AI, Infrastructure and Software testing roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
