Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic assemblies and systems.
Identify malfunctions at the component level.
Return systems to operational states through effective repairs.
Analyze electrical and mechanical problems for root causes.
Set up and test systems to meet specifications.
Operate testing equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, etc.).
Inform supervisors of unresolved issues affecting production.
Conduct experimental testing as necessary.
Perform electronic and mechanical assembly and adjustments.
Fabricate parts and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: Strong verbal/written communication, use of electronic test equipment, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to read technical documentation.
Skills: Problem-solving in digital, analog, and mechanical domains; multitasking abilities preferred.
Education: Associate’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience/military training.
